I worked with Mario as I was looking to develop my coaching business as I came towards the end of my training course. He was incredibly generous with his time, checking in with me in between sessions and having discussions over the phone between coaching sessions to go through any issues or questions arising. The coaching sessions were a mixture of me exploring where I wanted to go with my coaching business and Mario offering business advice and giving me examples of what he has done and what others do. It was insightful and helpful to listen to his advice and experience and continue with my journey of discovering what type of coach I want to be and what type of business I want to create. At times I didn’t have answers to some of the questions during the earlier sessions, Mario reflected on where I was at and where I was having some difficulties and he adapted the coaching to suit what it was that I was needing. He was always very positive, encouraging and supportive and I’m very grateful for the coaching sessions we had together.
